Dispatch and collection

Delivery time
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make binding delivery statements in advance (except for products in stock) for technical and market reasons. Unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks at manufacturers or distributors are reserved. The stock level at the time of payment processing is decisive (if you have ordered by prepayment).

Dispatch service
Orders are generally delivered by Swiss Post. In the case of direct deliveries from the distribution centre, shipping may be carried out by other transport service providers.

Mode of dispatch
Packages are generally sent by registered post. In exceptional cases (e.g. small accessories), the shipment can also be sent unregistered.

Shipping abroad
Orders are only shipped in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Place of use
Delivery is usually made to the kerbside.

Collection is only possible after consultation and coordination with customer service.

Transport damage
Obvious damage to the transport packaging must be reported to the shipping company immediately.
